silly question
how do you all manage to get the pics underneath your names, bit thick first time on here do i need to subscribe and pay to get the privilege

At the top of the screen, click on My Profile then down the left on Edit Avatar. You'll find instructions on how to set up an avatar. It must be no bigger than 65x65 pixels.
