Naaa, he's okay is Richard. A bit rude sometimes, but he is always helpful. I like him.

No, definitely not. I've had quite a few conversations with him and I think that under his cold, mean, callous exterior, he just wants to be loved. I see him as one of the good guys anyway. The waiting game gets us all down sometimes.
