Should I be concerned?
Hi All
Am i starting to panic for nothing. :scared:
Sent TRA to agent friday week ago it arrived last monday no one home to sign for it (good ol dhl tracking)
Tues it was collected
weds had to phone agent to see if it was ok
was told all seems well but would hand it to TRA thurs or Fri and would contact me when it was submitted!
Its now Monday and no contact again so in theory i have had no email phone call from the agent since it was received by them apart from me chasing them!
I have also sent emails with no reply
I will phone again soon after ive dropped kids at school was just wondering if all you guys think im panicing for nothing and that im just being impatient
BTW this agent does come recommended from this site
Cheers all
A panicking Kris

Hiya hun...try not to panic, I`m sure its all fine. You have every right to know what is going on, if it was me I would keep trying to contact them by phone.
All the best and let us know what they say
