Default Short term accommodation required (Melbourne)

we are heading to Melbourne in September, and i am looking for some short term accommodation for the first couple of weeks.

I am looking for some recommendations, there will be just the 3 of us, wife, myself and a 4 year old, is $600 - $700 a week a reasonable rate?

thanks
BB

I can recommend the 2 bed in Seaford advertised on the website. We stayed there when we arrived here
