Hi,
we were going to book with Brisbane Bound. We contacted them with dates, they said the dates were fine and that they would ring us for the credit card details. When they phoned, my husband found the man abrupt and not very friendly, he thought something was wrong even though the chap asked for the credit card details. Then the following day we get an email saying they had double booked!!!!!!! Abit disappointing, especially as we'd given the credit details! Just didnt find them as helpful as I would normally expect. we did send them an email a month ago for basic info and never had a reply. that was'nt good either. Just our experience.
