Default Shipping without an OZ address

How do you overcome the problem of shippers wanting an address in australia when you dont have one yet?

I used a holiday rental address and then once I got here and had a permanent address I contacted the shippers with the new address.

Don't worry about it, I think most people have this same problem. We gave a temporary address in Oz to get the ball rolling and then changed it by phone when we had a permenant address. The delivery company (this is different to the shipping company remember - but included in the price you pay for the shippers) have been really good and contacted us in writing with the details they had and asked for confirmation of everything.

Ours arrived in Sydney on 4th Jan and we should get it delivered any day - I've no concerns that it's going to end up at the wrong house!

Hope this puts your mind at rest!!

The shippers got in touch with us to say that our stuff would be with us in 10-15 days and then we told them the new address.
