Does anyone know if you can ship a tool box full of tools, or do the tools have to be individually wrapped and boxed?

I guess it depends how much you want to protect them from potential damage.
They need to be very clean too.
Was just trying to remember what we did when we came over & I seem to think that the tool box came over as one thing & nothing was individually wrapped. Garden tools were painted before we left so that they looked very clean. Soil & seeds are what they are most concerned about you bringing in I think.

i brought every single one of my tools over with me and didnt get pulled
i think it is just the luck of the draw on what you get pulled on as i had to either destroy or clean a large plastic carton that i used to use on site carting gear around that was grimy
to clean was something like $400 or destroy $200 , not a hard one to figure out as it was probably only worth a tenner
i did give my hand tools a good spray of wd40 just so it looked and smelt like i had cleaned them but nothing too serious
in the last few days i had given up the will to live / clean anything else so just let them load it all up, and i did bring a hell of lot of stuff over with me

bring all your tools...everything you can.
tools are expensive here and some are not as good quality.
bring all your electricals too. just change the plug when you get here thats all.
I gave my tools a wipe down..thats all. threw them all in a couple of large brand new sturdy tool boxes and put a padlock on it. no-one asked me for the key.
