Just thought I'd throw in a recommendation for Letton Percival.
Flexible enough to cope with unusual requirements. And although we have yet to make a claim it seems good value (nearly 50% cheaper than some shipping companies). Brian Naughton dealt with all my questions professionally and efficiently.
(I did trace a thread on here which said that the claims process was straightforward - so that does give hope!!)

I`ll check them out. Our shippers are starting the pack on friday (come back on tuesday to finish up), and I didn`t want to go for their insurance... would rather just insure for the loss of the whole container. Got a name at Letton?

Saw this company and name on a early thread which we booked marked. Will call them shortly to arrange insurance. Not paying 3% with shippers. Thanks for reminding me.
