After a lot of asking, I've got an ETA for our stuff - 21 July. Which considering the packers were in on the 6th May is pretty terrifying, but we're not shipping a full container, so it's had to wait for other stuff to join it.

However, I'm struggling to get a proper invoice out of them, which I need to charge my company for the relocation. Has anybody else had this problem - or do they just not invoice? I paid by card over the phone as I wasn't around when the packers came, I left my fab Mum to deal with them, which means no receipt or anything.

They'll definitely need to raise an invoice. Perhaps they're just very busy, and since they've already got your money and are not dependent on raising an invoice to get paid, the file's just been put in the bottom tray. Hassle them - they'll do it eventually...
