Shippers
We've had three in so thought I'd put them up here if there's anyone trying to decide who to go with,
Doree Bonner: Not bad presentation, but they didn't call back and forgot to put the quote in the post! Had to call them to remind them. Seemed to know what they were talking about but did have a few words to say about 'what the competition would tell you'. Guy who turned up smelled unpleasantly of fag smoke.
Anglo Pacific: The guy REEKED of cigarette smoke - absolutely flippin' awful. It was choking. His presentation was ok but he seemed too keen to tell me who they did work for which didn't impress me. He was nice enough, but he was too loud, too brash and was pushing the sale. At the office end, they didn't call me back when they said they would and when I did ring, I got a 'so laid back she was nearly dead' girl answering that it was annoying to try to get through the conversation with her.
John Mason: Fabulous quietly confident gent, in a suit. Older than the other two and knew how to be a professional. Mentioned this place and how important it was to them. Seemed VERY clued up and knowlegable. I liked him very much. He stood a good distance back from me without crowding me, like the other guys did. Very much put me at ease.
He DIDN'T stink of fag smoke, which was pleasant. Overall, these guys seem the most impressive so far. Very much more quietly spoken, professional and pleasant.

We too have had a quote from them, and also were very impressed with the professionalism from the chap and helpfulness.
Just waiting for the qoute back from Robinson's who also were very 'top dog' before we decided which one!

We also found the rep from John Masons to be the most professional and helpful, however the service he sold us wasnt the one we received and they werent quite as professional when things went wrong.

Also the advice from the rep that clothes could be packed in drawers and toys into cupboards to save on space was pointless, as all stuff was removed and packed in separate boxes.

Oh dear. That sounds very very poor. Did they pay up on the insurance?
The rep told us not to put clothing in chests to save space, but that duvets and linenw as ok.
