we also used this company & were attracted by the lack of costs involved!!

We were also advised our boxes were going to be late - i think this was due to them trying to work out exactly how many boxes we had, as after 6 weeks they were calling us to pay for the TV to be shipped!!! Now, in fairness, that i believe was in part due to us as we mis numbered the boxes, on the plus side at least they wre making sure everything was ok before they sent it off.

On the plus side, which may give you hope, our boxes then arrived 3 weeks earlier!! I was sent an invoice via email re customs charges, i phoned them up and they arranged for delivery the very next day. Nothing broken, damaged or missing.

So, the admin was a little slow - but hey, it all worked out well, and was really cheap!!!
