sent house contract back
We signed and sent back our house sale contract on friday.Our buyers contract will be sent to them this week and there buyer just waiting on one of the searches comming back so hopefully not long till we exchange and complete on this bloody house sale.Seems like it has gone on forever.

Had house on market for a month ....WHATS WITH ALL THE TIME WASTERS..
I think if i was giving it away someone would say thats too much can you drop it a bit....

We hung on for our buyer after there original buyer tucked them up (waited 6 weeks)so it has been a long process.Estate agent thinks things will be done by mid november but not sure as never sold a house before and to be honest the estate agent is a bullshitter.Mind you i did speak with our buyers estate agent and he was confident things nearly there.

Wish we were at that stage, house been on the market about 7 weeks, 2 round first weekend, 5 time wasters didn't even show. :curse:
Fingers crossed someone is coming back for a second viewing tomorrow, hope they put in an offer.....and a decent one....need all the peenies to take with us.
