Second Viewing...Gulp
I'm sat here waiting for someone to come and have a second viewing of our house. Hopefully he will make an offer!!
We have 62 days until we leave Manchester for Sydney, so I hope he does!
Good luck wishes or Karma would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks for the good luck wishes all!!
He seemed really keen. He definitely wants to live on the street, but we have 2 competitors. However, he did say that both their houses needed a lot of work.

Our house was up for £125k and we have had an offer of £120k, do we push for more or take it?
We go to Sydney in 2 months.

Didsbury is not all it's cracked up to be and we don't live in one of the big posh houses! LOL
We are selling a 2nd property at the moment in Burnage, it has been on for 8 months, 2 failed sales, reduced price twice. But I have just accepted an offer last week, knocked back 1st offer and got an extra £1500.
I think all first offers are a bit cheeky. If they say no at least you tried your luck! I think it also depends on the position of the person making the offer aswell.

Hiya we are selling in the Heatons and it is as dead as a dodo
If we had a 5K below asking offer I would accept, we've already reduced by £10,000 reached the just want it sold and will negotiate hard on the other side stage
