Hi,

New to British Expats - would really appreciate any information on Deer Park. We will be moving out there in approx 12 weeks and I am researching Melbourne desperately as initially we were heading for Brisbane. My main concern is schooling and need to find a GOOD school for my 2 daughters. Heard that Catholic ones are so much better that state schools? Willing to pay but need to know fees?

Also what is cost of living really like?

There's also Catholic Regional College, Mowbray (private), ICA (Private) and Caroline Springs College all along the road in Caroline Springs and also Westbourne in Tarneit has an excellent rep (even though it's a bit of a journey but they send out a bus to many areas so might be worth looking at).

Mowbray college in Caroline springs would be my recommendation for a decent value for money private school.
