Default School zones in Victoria

Does anyone know if there's a website that lists school zones?

Not that I know of. I think you need to ring or e-mail the school you're interested in to ask. Do you know whereabouts you're going to be living?

Hi Ruth,

Yep, we're hoping to head for Mornington so we're thinking of Mornington Secondary College or Padua College. Think I'll email them to find out.

Thanks for answering....

Usually, the schools website has a map attached showing boundaries of encachment area, From what I gather they are quite strict on living in your encatchment area on a permanat basis (i.e not just short term lease such as rentals) Says this on Glen Maverley SC website.

Thanks OT,

Yup, I have those websites but unless I'm being dim (which isn't beyond the realms of possibility) I can't find any info on their catchment areas. I've just emailed to find out.

Cheers

Hi, I was at a primary school today and overheard the same problems being discussed by Aussie Mums. It seems that Secondary Schools are not the most user-friendly/forthcoming with info, institutions. The Mums were trying to find out catchment areas from the feeder schools.

Where exactly are you looking at? Perhaps contacting nearby Primary Schools may help out?
