School in Greenwood, Perth
Hi there,
Can anyone please tell us how the school is in Greenwood, Perth? Our daughter is 7 and we'll be moving to Perth in September. Also, can anyone recommend a good area with a good school around 30min from CBD? We have around $500k budget for a house.

Closer to the City, then your 500k will not go as far and forget any of the suburbs beach side of Marmion Avenue.
Most of the suburbs have decent primary schools, it's when you have to start looking at secondary schools that things become more limited.

Heading north, you'd probably be looking as far a Joondalup, Tapping etc. to keep you within around a 30 min commute to the CBD (depending on the time of day and if you're using the car or public transport).
Closer to the City, then your 500k will not go as far and forget any of the suburbs beach side of Marmion Avenue.
Most of the suburbs have decent primary schools, it's when you have to start looking at secondary schools that things become more limited.
