Default Scarborough/ Redcliffe (QLD)

Hi everyone,

Am just about to book a holiday rental for the wife and I in Scarborough (QLD) for two weeks from March 17 to April 2.

Just thought I would see if anyone has any comments or experiences regarding the area before I take the plunge.

As always any and all comments gratefully received either positive or nagetive, thanks in advance.

Best regrads,

Russell.

Its fairly quiet, not much night life etc, but good beaches and relaxing environment. Do a search on Redcliffe, and that should give you an idea - its not everyones cup of tea, but then we all want different things fro life

a real up and coming area, it has changed its look and feel from sleepy town to waking up town, lots of new holiday apartments going up, it wouldn't suit the under 30's but young familys and upwards would be ok.

A bit of a trek to the city from there but depends what your after.
