Is anyone planning a meet at Sandown at the end of the month. Would love to meet up with any of you either Sat or Sun. we have 2 boys 13 and 10. We have our visas and are heading for Melbourne (Mornington area) next year. Is it worth going to Sandown to look for employment?? Has anyone ever been offered a job at Sandown?

We went to the one (our first time)this weekend past and to be honest I was a bit disappointed. I think if you are looking for shipping quotes & that sort of stuff then it wouldn`t be too bad (but we are at the TRA stage). There seemed to be a lot of stuff for Canada but not too much for Oz (though I believe there is a Oz specific one soon -Earls Court maybe - dunno could be wrong??) Have to say meeting up with everyone on Saturday after the expo more than made up for the disappointment!!

Apparently the Oz one is at Earls Court on the 29/30 October. There is supposed to be companies looking to employ people but I am not sure if it is true or not. that is why I am asking as i have my visa and it would be fab to find a job and go now.
