Sacrifices
There are lots of examples on here of people leaving behind family / friends / pets, taking lower paid jobs etc but I have just made the ultimate sacrifice.
I took a days holiday yesterday to do a few decorating / gardening jobs before we put the house on the market after Easter. As a result I didn't get on the computer at all yesterday. So I have just spent 80 minutes skim reading the 8 pages of posts on this forum since I looked and I had to give up my regular 2 pints on a Friday lunch to do that. How is that for a sacrifice?
Can anyone beat that?

Its not the same though. You talk to me about blouses. Mick and I talk about women, sport and how our wives nag us all the time.
