We have also been informed that you can haggle the price slightly as some companies such as Crown will price match.

too right and are they any good then?

I have done searches and come up with good things on excess baggage and mostly good on pickfords and greens

am getting a quote from Abels on thursday

I'm not sure haven't used them before but have heard good reviews about Crown.

yes but excess baggage and greens were cheaper, let me know if you can get the price down:thumbsup:

Hi, I have just recieved some very competitive quotes from theremovalgroup.com, I have been quoted between Â£2500 and Â£3500 depending on if I decide on a full packing service. Have to say that so far they have been the most helpful and informative of all the companies I have approached, well worth giving a call!:thumbsup:

We ve had quotes from PSS-Â£3250, Robinsons Â£3400 and Doree Bonner Â£3700
form leics to adelaide, all were seemed v professional, our friends used PSS on their move to NZ last year & said they were great. Its the insurance that sucks though !,Allow anything from 2.75% to 3% of the value of your goods.
Good luck, its a time consuming each time one of the rep;s comes to quote !
