Question RFJ - Stat Dec

If we have a stat dec form OH's ex (both children under 10), do we need to get this confirmed in court afterwards? I believe it is £175 and although we can go to a solicitor for advice, just concerned that they may wish to do this and thus incur extra. Sorry if this sounds negative re solicitors but they have bills to pay like the rest of us and ours grow by the day

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Default Re: RFJ - Stat Dec

Our agent has just said that it's fine to have a stat dec for RFJ without a court order - it's been signed by the solicitor and notarised by him as well. I was concerned that a case officer may knock it back, still am but I am a worrier!

Merry Christmas and best wishes to all,
Cooler and family
