Human resources firm Talent2 says the top five jobs will go to innovation marketing managers, strategic planners, aged care workers, home care and maintenance workers, and health and wellbeing professionals. Talent2 general manager David Marney says companies are looking for professionals who will be in the job for a minimum of three to five years.
