Hi everyone,

We are flying out on Sat 26th May 2007 to Brisbane on a 457 visa and cant wait. We are in the process of trying to get a rental property in Springfield Lakes and have spoke to the Estate Agents regarding this and they have told us that the only documents we need is copy of birth certificate, passport, visa acceptance and drivers license.
Can anyone help with this? Anything else i should send.

We are and have been living with parents for last 3 years so no mortgage or rental.

I found a personal reference helped us get a rental, you may not need it though, but if you can get one then take it as it's easier to get before hand.

Yes, it said something like:
