Cheeers for that:thumbup:

I must admit that the thought of leaving a secure job is a bit daunting. Although I am prepared to work anywhere really.

I will go back to vet nursing if I have to. I might go and do some CPD to update my skills.

We don't want a large 4 bedroomed house - it is just the two of us and we are looking to settle in Subiaco/West Leederville.

Although Mandurah/Warnbro(?) are looking tempting, I suppose it depends on jobs etc.

I just hope we find a rental quickly so we can settle in. We are not looking for anything flash, just somewhere reasonable to live.

I would advise sticking to the city, too. Subi is getting a bit more pricey for units. Cheapest stuff tends to be on Subiaco Road or Bagot and Barker Roads where the purpose built units are. If you can afford it, there are some very nice inner city apartments in West Perth. Cheapest by far - but a bit further out are the units around Herdsman's Lake (Search under "Wembley")
