Renting - Hope Island
Hi
Is anybody or has anybody rented a house/apartment at Hope Island, Gold Coast. I've been looking at apartments in gated communities but wonder if there are extra costs ie., body corp etc.,
Any information would be helpful.

Shouldn't be if you are renting...owner pays rates, body corp etc. Careful with Hope Island, there are some very strange looking apartment blocks around there, marooned in the middle of nowhere / in a perpetual building site.

I think the rental is about $300-400 a week.
You can speak to Dianne @ Yourmove Realty (5510 9723), I think she may have some rentals there.
