renting in aus
can anyone who is renting in aus let me know if u r able to paint the inside on the rented property or do u have to leave as is ..

The answer is probably yes, however if you do not ask permission you could be liable to re-paint it back to the original when you leave.
Also if the property has not been painted in a while, ask if the landlord will pay. You never know if you don't ask!
