I am sure this must have been asked before but......
I am planning to rent my home in the UK in order to meet my mortgage payments over here and then rent in Oz. Does anyone know how this works regarding tax etc. I have been madly resaarching Visa requirements and TRA requirements I seem to have overlooked the financial aspects til now. I should mention the house is in my wifes name and I will be the main visa applicant for Oz - not sure if this has any bearing.
