You will find it almost impossible until you are here in person [unless someone knows of a private one coming available right around then?]. There is a very heavy demand for rentals in January as many people move before the school year starts.

On your previous posts you indicated that you have short term accomodation for a couple of weeks. Use that time to search for something. All previous advice about seeing a place before renting is still 100% true and very important. [One of places I looked at when we first arrived looked lovely from the website but when we saw it...it had been left like an absolute bomb site by previous tenants; stank to high heaven and had 'F**k' painted on some of the internal walls...and they were showing people round !!!!!]

[I know this sounds like a 'tough luck' post but it's better you know that it may be difficult so you are prepared in advance !]
