dont know if anyone will be interested, but we have to break our lease as were moving into our own place in August. Its a 4 bed 2 bathroom house, located opposite Butler primary school ! It will be available from the 18th August ! at $250 per week !

I cant believe how much more you get for your money in Perth than you do here in NSW! Very depressing! We'll possibly be looking at moving in 2 years time so I'm seriously considering Perth!

Yes the house is nice, & Butler is beautiful !
When you say get more for your money, do you mean its very expensive to rent there ? the amount you pay in rent here in Perth does seem pretty reasonable, but the to buy a house here is expensive at the moment !
We panicked a bit as they were climbing very quickly out of our reach & brought one earlier than we expected ! Now just very excited & cant wait to move in , looking forward to hanging pictures up & painting the walls he colour we want !

I am with you there, my pictures have been in boxes the past 12 months. I move to Connolly in 2 weeks time. Hubby on standby the with the picture hooks and the drill!!

That can be arranged !!!

He is very good with his hands & comes fully house trained ! The downside is he has to be fed regulary & can drink his own weight in beer !!!

We would be interested, but do they accept pets? ......... we arrive 12 August and have a holiday home booked for 2 weeks, we will need to find something more or less straight away until we can buy. How long is left on the lease?

Hi we spoke with the agent today and the lease will be for 6 months, unfortunately they won't accept pets. We asked a few months back about pets and they said no, whether you would have to put up extra for the bond for pets we don't know.

thanks for that, can't wait, just stressing out about getting a rental with the 2 pets in tow.. could I ask you who the agent is, if we could email them and mention the bond etc perhaps we may get somewhere, or should we wait until we arrive?

It might be worth asking about pets. We found rental so easy here saw the house on www.realestate.com.au in the rental section rang up about it viewed it the same day faxed the rental agreement back to them they rang the people we were staying with for references and moved in the next day, no bank statements or references from employers. The money upfront was $1000 bond which is held at some government office (they even get the interest on this ) $250 agents fees and $500 2 weeks rent.Just checked the paperwork and it says pet bond should not exceed $100 dollars
