Rental Agents Bond Money
Hi,
The rental real estate agent want to charge $150 above my rental bond.I have paid him the rental bond and leaving for overseas on employment assignment. Can he ask for $150 recovery from VACT?

Of course they can not! Report them to your residential tenants governing body.
If you were in QLD, they would lose points and risk loosing their license!
I hate rental managers! Ours is the biggest liar we have ever met and fits the typical stereo-type of one as well.
