hi everyone

ive been looking on gumtree for rental iv seen a place in azala street in inala my question does anyone knows what the area is like
i have two children one 19 and the other is 10 both girls so we would need good school any comments would be welcome

Can't comment on the area I'm afraid, just wanted to say be careful about rentals on Gumtree. There have been a lot of scams where people book and pay for rentals over the Internet and when they arrive they house has people in it totally unaware that their home has been rented out. Lots of con men (and women) out there!

Yes, other than shared houses, all others I have seen have been a con. I will post you the keys, just pay the deposit and a months rent visa western union bla bla bla.
Dont rent anywhere without seeing it first (even from an agent!).

I know its a personal view and others may disagree, but Inala isn't the most desirable area........

Haven't lived there, but people who know it have recommended I avoid it due to high levels of crime. Hopefully someone will come on who lives there and give another view

I rented my house in Uk through Gumtree and worked great. Got a great tenant, did all the checks myself. There are genuine people out there - just need to be careful I guess. What a shame con artists ruining what should be a great site.

Personally I would not rent in Inala without visiting the area first. I might suit you, but it might not.

In all my years on BE I don't remember anyone posting from there, just people posting to say its best avoided.....

I can post there on my way to work if you wish (on a serious note though work with several people from that area and all seem to be upstanding citizens i must say.....................during daylight hours anyways )
