Do they do their own shipping or do they contract out? I used a local Sussex firm who contracted everything out to a larger shipping co - the resultant communication problems made the whole thing a nightmare as neither party would talk to the other

My cousin used them in 2009 and had no problems, but I am speaking to them tomorrow so will let you know how it all works!!
