Relevant Work Experience Advice Needed
Hi all
I have recieved a response from DIMIA. They have said that my work experience is not sufficient since my deeming date.
My agent has said that they have made a legal mistake and the regulations were changed. I can't find any information on any changes in the regulations and under the current information i need a further 6 months work before i have completed enough work experience since my deeming date. This is a suprise to me as my agent sent the application knowing when the deeming date is.
Has anyone had this letter and does anyone know what my agent is talking about. As he seems to think this is not a problem. He is writing to dimia to have the case sent to the lawyers for approval???
If you can shed any light on this i would be alot clearer in my mind as to what is going on here
