Can anyone tell me if I can become registered as an electrician in NZ whilst still in the U.K. NZIS has informed me that my PR application will be turned down if I'm not registered.Does this mean I would have to go over on a visitors visa ,get registered ,come back and then apply for PR.Anyone out there been through this.
