Recommended book
Hi,
I just received this book from Amazon yesterday, and thoroughly recommend it for it sheers detail the way it seems to cover so much in almost 600 pages.

It's a bit light on plot and character development but it's a must read.
Here are some other recommendations:

Thats sums it up exactly....its a good reference book.
My eyes hurt enough from work even before I come home and begin looking up various Australia stuff on my 14" laptop screen

I got it out of the library last week along with Bill Bryson (?) Down under book

Totally agree - a must read for those going to Oz (and not going too, my dad read it and he never reads books, said it was great!)

Bill bryson is fab, read it at the start of the process, and it has since been passed along the line of all amily members that know we are going!
