[QUOTE=wmckellar]Soapy,

Checked that guy out about a week ago you get a failed delivery on his mail address . . so back to the drawing board.

I honestly think there are no Rangers fans in Brisbane apart from me.

On the Syd's Pie thing . . . is none of his gear any good ?? i was going to go down at the weekend and buy a load of stuff myself.

Send me a PM with the recipe for tottie scones mate if you dont mind and i will give them a bash myself.

So have we came to an agreement where the best black pudding is sold in Brisbane???

Can assure you that you are not the only bluenose in Brisbane!! I am getting my setanta dish shortly allowing me to watch the Gers from the comfort of my own hoose.

ALLEZ LE GUEN. 51 & COUNTING.

51 & COUNTING

PS. Soapy stop geeting about prices, typical cellick fan. ;)

;) Ingredients:
Half pound (225g) boiled and mashed potatoes
2.5oz (65g) flour
3 tablespoons melted butter
Half teaspoon salt

Method:
Mash the potatoes while they are still warm and add the butter and salt. Add in enough flour to make it a pliable dough but without making it too dry. The type of potato will affect this. Turn out onto a floured surface and roll until about quarter of an inch thick.
we made about 4 dozen today :)

Cheers for the recipe Soapy. I guess you then bake em for about 10 mins on a highish temp (say 220c) same as you would do for regular scones.
