Default railway work

hi everyone, wondering if anyone could give me advice on railway construction vacancies. My partner has a lot of railway certificates in the UK and im just wondering if they need to be assessed, he has been told that one of them, his stressing tech levels 1,2,3 is the same all round the world (except Canada), and is needed. Any information/help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Tracey
