Hiya Giz,

there are no fuses in Oz plugs, like France, I believe that each socket is wired direct to the fuse board and the fuse is there.

When I looked at the price of plugs in Oz in Woolies I almost died $4.79 for a 15 amp plug, $2.99 for a 10 amp plug. (It was almost as cheep to buy a 5m extension lead at $3.78 and fit that instead. At least everything would have long leads!)

If you have cable Foxtel it comes with all the free-to-air channels - 7, 9, 10 as well as 2 and SBS. It's only satellite versions that can't get them.
