Question for people who have got their Grant letters

Question for people who have got their Grant letters
Our Case Officer emailed us to say all final papperwork would of been recieved last Friday in London.Does anyone know how long we will have to wait until we get Grant Letter from London .As we want to fly out 31st May,but dont want to book flights in case Visas are not stamped in passports in time.Also does anyone know how to get in touch with London Office, as there email isnt working,and cant find a telephone number.Cheers.

Hi there our agent sent of our pasports last tuesday to London and we got them back today (went to pick them up from our agent don't trust the post) she said they are usually pretty quick at issuing the visa's sorry I dont know the e-mail address though.

I thought that if London have your info you can send your passports in asap. They don't send a letter out from Oz house then telling you to send them in - or at least they didn't with us last month !!
The returned ours in less than a week including Anzac Day (sent on Sat and got them back on the Thursdauy - both by Recorded delivery Signed For with Royal Mail and guarenteed delivery before 12pm).
