Question Question on Medical Assesment

Dear All

The LCU has requested further info from the panel doctor for my other half.

In their letter they have requested results to serial code 509.

Does anyone know what that means because the doctor doesn't appear to know and the LCU is closed for the weekend?

Any one in the know?

Cheers

I think 509 maybe X-ray as my mum works in x-ray department and have heard her mention this number on quite a few occasions, will check with mum later on and get back to you.

Hi Mr S_B been in touch with mum she thinks it is x-ray but not 100% sure as she deals with 1000 of code numbers. Because you have paid for your x-rays she said to phone up where you had them done and ask the department to verify and to send out results. You should have no probs.
Hope this info is right, wouldnt want to send you on a wild goose chase, fingers crossed that this is the correct info you need.
