Public Liability Insurance (vacant land) -Victoria
Hi
My husband and I have just purchased some vacant land in Melbourne. We have some trees on the property and a fence so felt that having public liability insurance would be a good idea for the extremely unlikely event that a tree should come down/someone get hurt on fence etc but having trawled through google I can't find anyone that does it! (I tried Allianz who seem to be one of the biggest insurers but they couldn't help)
Can anyone help as it's driving me mad trying to find somewhere that will do it!

the broker I use is SHC the're in Sydney but it's all done over the phone.They specialise in liabilities and construction. ph: 02 98062000

Would you maintain the policy after you've moved into your newly built house? if not - why not?
