Sydney - Inner West
Im thinking of organising one....
for those of us over my way..or those happy to come over! Anyone up for it? later in May possibly to start with? Like to meet the neighbours as have been here 5 weeks already!

I am up for a pub crawl, its been a while since the last one (Monopoly Bar Crawl back home!), I live north but I dont think its too far - still trying to find my way around!!

Ok i maybe biased as i live opposite, but the Bayview pub in gladesville is excellent, its huge and has really good meals and on a friday night they have a music quiz (all free) the music quiz is played by a live band, who are really funny and great.
After the quiz is over (about 10-10.30) they move all the tables in minutes and the live band play great classics and all genres of music for hours.
Great priced drinks too (great house sparkling for $5 a glass, got a bit drunk at the trivia quiz tonight)
could be a good venue depending on where others are based

Kelly, maybe start another thread for gladesville? I for one am up for nights out anywhere, but this one is specifically for Newtown!

That sounds like a great idea, we live so close to Newtown but never go there. Unfortunately we won't be back from the UK until first week of June so we might miss out 
but if it's after May we will defo be up for it.

Ok, so how about Saturday May 23rd?? There are some great pubs, which end shall we start? at the Union? or the Marlborough?
