Have had the quotes in from PSS and Doree Bonner. Not much to choose between them.
Can anyone give me good and bad experiences for either? Will be shipping early October to Brisbane.

PSS stole my wifes mothers day chocolates (2 days before Mothers Day)
They packed the toaster complete with bagel still inside - despite warnings not to touch anything on the bench.
The supervisor packed a dryer while his team watched (after we just told them it was not to go) - at least he was as pissed of as us with them.
Misquote consignment details so box references were all over the place ie box containing bedding actually contained CD's. turnkeys and special bolts for things like the beds were stuffed in pillow cases.
We found chewing gum between 2 dinner plates - the packer was chewing while packing - we dont chew pink bubble gum.
Parts to TV/DVD stand missing.
Casters to lounge suite missing.
Not very happy

But the Kent company here in Oz were great.

We had problems with Chess at this end (PSS's agents in Australia).

Two badly damaged tables on delivery.

We used Doree Bonner and can highly recomend them. They used Grace International here in Adelaide and the guys were great.

We had a few breakages but mainly picture frames. No big deal as they were cheap frames and we are insured.

We used PSS in the Uk and they were very efficient. Then over this side we had Kents who were also great. No breakages at all, very impressed.

Doree Bonner - excellent. Grace at this end were superb.

DB forgot to pack our dishwasher!!! We didn't realise until they'd gone. They sent someone to get it the next day and didn't charge us for going slightly over the quote.
One melamine cup broken.

We used PSS in the UK and Overseas Packers & Shippers in Brisbane. Nothing confiscated, stolen/missing or broken/damaged. Couldn't fault their efficientness and courtesy in either the UK or Aus.

Used PSS and had no problems at all
