Good or bad news?

Looking at historic figures for house prices in oz, they have generally always been climbing, just at different rates.

Anyone over there ever noticed any large drops in your property prices?

Does anyone here intend to invest in property when they get over there?

Whats the best way to save in oz? Property, shares, box under the bed etc

1890 bust was a goodun. Look at property prices after adjusting for inflation & real interest rates. Best way to save is have a high income, not spend and avoid taxes. Who can guarantee if "investments" are.
