Default Primary Applicant - Accountant or Plumber ?

We have both received positive skills assessments this week only now we are not sure who would be the best person to put as the primary applicant.

My occupation is no longer on the MODL so now I have 120 points and my husband 115 points ( Due to Age)

Does it matter who we chose, is the visa (136) likely to be processed any quicker or be more successful depending on which one we choose?

Jacquie,

I'd go with the application that gives you a points buffer, just in case there were an upwards move in the points pass mark.

I'd only lodge the application the other way round if your husband was likely to obtain a State Nomination - which is improbable at present.

Best regards.
