Pregnancy scans QLD
You are among the first to know so keep it between us but e'r indoors is up the stick with our third, expected around late October.
What we want to do ASAP is arrange a scan privately/publicly but are not having a lot of joy being referred by our GP and are going around in circles chasing our tails when we try to sort things out.
Has anyone had a scan privately in the Brisbane area? could you make any recommendations?
The main reason we want to get an early scan is due to problems in previous UK pregnancys where we had a scan at 8 Weeks on our first and 9 Weeks on our second. The better half is losing sleep with worry and this would put her mind at rest a bit.

AM a Midwife in Townsville. Not sure exactly who you have in Brisbane but here alot of women self refer to Queensland x-ray and a couple of other private ultrasonographers. For the public syatem you need a GP referral so i can understand the wait and want to have something done earlier. Check the phone book and give them a call on monday,
