Hi
will skip the usual -willing to quit great job/totally in love etc etc
my partner and i have applied for permanent residency(partners he australian me british).we have been in relationship for 6+yrs(trying to conduct relationship for past 21/2 yrs while he there me here-marriage not option till maybe 2 yrs further down road)
all along app was looking fine till agent said we may have to look at visitors visa to get us some "living togehter time"under our belt as we have little evidence of joint bill sharing -loads of letters /photo's/phone bills etc but not of cohabitting-visiting aus/uk yes but the 7 months we did live together was in 2000.this was just before submitting app.
looking for anyone with experience of the "interview" process but especially can this have any baring onnthe decision that the uk high commission make?we are thinking this may be our only hope to actually get the message to them for the reasons we were seperated for so long?
anybody with experience of the interview swinging the discision their way?
