Default power cut duncraig

Does anyone else have power failure just now in their home or is it just me?

Thankgod I have a laptop at least I can still get online.

Think it may have something to do with roadworks

No, there's power out all over Perth, including 50 of the 800 traffic lights in the metro area (this was 4 pm)

Luckily all ok here and at work though!

It's pole top fires again, because it rained.

Streetlights and traffic lights all out along Main St in Balcatta.
I drove past this today and saw a pole snapped in half obviously causing the power short.

A primitive problem eh?

power cut in Yokine this afternoon, went to put me lottery on, EFTPOS down, think that may a good luck sign?

power cuts down to pole top fires, dust gathering on power lines, rain falls = fire = power cuts... bit like the leaves falling on rail lines in the UK, total chaos..

Oh, yeah, wanted to mention for a while:
You know how we were once talking about underground power. Well, they ARE putting that in. I don't know where and how fast exactly, but I saw on the Gosnells council website some area's were getting it.
