You must stop banging your head, you will get a headache.

I got myself into a right state about our meds and visas last night. It was when I got up this morning looking terrible I realised I have got to stop worrying as it doesnt help anything.

It is easier said than done though Sharon isn't it?

I really hope you hear soon. I cant help thinking that if they were going to refuse you, they would have done it by now.

Well the head banging doesn`t make much difference any more.....I`ve come to the conclusion that this is how I permanently look. (terrible)

I too thought that if they were going to refuse us they would have told us by now, but I don`t feel that confident any more.

It really is the not knowing. It`s 9 weeks tomorrow since the meds were sent to Sydney. (27th Jan). I thought that as we had not had any further info/tests requested, it would be plain sailing. We don`t have a clue as to why hubby`s meds have only just been finalised! This is just out of my control now as I can`t do ANYTHING! I e-mailed c/o yesterday to ask if hubby`s meds had now been up-dated, and haven`t heard a thing! Don`t know whether it is a case of no-news is good-news, or whether I am going to get a big fat NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If there had have been a problem then I'm sure they would have asked for more info by now. I seriously think it's just a case of your CO getting to your meds results and finalising the visa.

I reckon you will get it by this time next week at the latest.

I really,really hope so.

I told Martin last night that loads of people had said they thought it was admin error and he just said "they`re only saying that to make you feel better! They`re not gonna tell you that your`e likely to be refused, cause it`s not what you want to hear".

I told him he was talking bollox, but I must admit, it did make me wonder!

Do you want to join me in a cyber drink Wendy?

Yes, I'll have a cyber beer with you

I wouldn't keep saying that it's on it's way if I thought it wasn't, that would be cruel. I'd either say they were likely to refuse or I'd not say anything at all.

My agent told me it normally takes 4 weeks for a visa grant, but said that in some cases it can take 12. So you really are still in that timeframe.

So maybe he WAS talking bollox then

I said "ooh look at how many people have viewed the thread. His response? " they`re probably sayin `is she still going on about it`".
It`s a good job I love him

I`ve finished my drink, do you fancy another
