Just been reading this What a nightmare!!!. We are already in Victoria on a 457 but have been sorting out our supposedly simple company sponsored PR since September. We have now been told that because our daughter has turned 11 DIMA have reqested medicals be re done with a chest X-Ray . If our agents had been a bit more on the ball then this would have been dealt with before she turned 11. Also they have changed several forms so we are now refilling them in for the 3rd time. Our agents are a nightmare they ask us for the same information over and over again and never update their records. It is easier dealing with it over here but it is still really frustrating . At least we have now got to the point that it is DIMA requesting medical info rather than just the agents so it should be pretty quick (or at least that is what they told Ian when he sent them a stroppy e-mail hee hee).
Good luck with it all.
Nicky

Cheers Nicky,

We haven`t used an agent so we have been doing all the chasing up on our own. (Not sure it`s done us much good so far)LOL.

Goodluck with everything.

I should have shares in L`Oreal. Their sales in hair dyes must have gone up 10 fold since I started this application

I think that you should stage one in Adelaide and Carl stages one in Sydney. I`m not entirely sure whether it is LCU, my co or BOTH!

Did you have a good weekend? x x x
